Wang Yuelan is a resident of Nanyu village, Qinyuan county in Changzhi. In 2018 her husband, Liu Guangming, fell ill. With the help of China's health and medical policies for the poor, 80 percent of Liu's medical expenses have been reimbursed. Wang said she hoped her husband would become healthier and that their life will improve.
